Fridgidaire Dishwashers are the smiles

When it comes to keeping dishes clean, Frigidaire Dishwashers may be what you are looking for in your pimp-tight kitchen.

Summer time. A time to buy refrigerators? According to these guys it is... Retailers make profits during this time, because as the temperature rises, refrigerators have to work much harder to stay cool. So refrigerator compressors break down faster. And the older the processor, the more likely it is to break down. Rather than spend hundreds of dollars on repairs, a lot of consumers will just replace the entire refrigerator instead.

But nowadays, where do people, or "consumers", look first when they research a new fridge or other big-time appliance they need? Simple. Online. It is very likely that a good amount of time will be spent researching online. Up to 75%(...that's right...75%) of big-ticket consumer will do all of the research on their respective products online, but then 90% of those end up making their final purchases offline at a retailer that's local. Now, I ain't saying that this is bad, but you can see the role online product research has played in the current consumer market. It starts with search engines, but these engines are typically unable to find AND deliver the results that show you the exact local store with the exact product you want. But now, there is Krillion. And guess what? They solve this problem. They have something called the Krillion Localization Engine™. It scans the Web to find, integrate and present actionable local search results for the consumer who is ready to buy now! Isn't that awesome? I think it is. Not to mention that it launched in February 2007 (which means it's pretty new, relatively speaking) and has generated over 275 million pages of search results for local product information for major appliances. This hasn't been possible through search engines in the past...but now it is.

I think the best part though, is that Krillion delivers these results, divided into different categories. Here are those categories, below:

The first category is in major appliances: refrigerators, ovens, ranges, washers and dryers, and dishwashers.

Starting in July, Krillion will deliver search results for additional categories such as flat panel TVs, lawn and garden, seasonal appliances and others.

They also want to find and produce search results for national brands that are sold by national and regional “big box” retailers, that can actually be used efficiently by the consumer. I believe the average consumer will find Krillion's new search engine very useful. If not, they must not like to buy things in a smart way.

Trott's view on Bama

Bama isn't undefeated, but Nick Saban still has them playing good football. However, they'll head into a tough environment in Tallahassee, though it looks to be another down year for the Seminoles. They may have changed the coaching staff, but the offense is still mediocre right now for FSU. Bobby Bowden would have never stood for this! Anyway, I'll take ALABAMA to add to Florida's misery in a close game. Damn!

Trott's Poll

Here's this week's ballot. I should note that I do each week's ballot without looking at the previous week's ballot to prevent polluting the ballot by the previous week's results. That also can result in some strange doings at the bottom of the poll as teams move in and out for no good reason ( or because I forget them or because, in the case of Louisville, there are many good teams out there and I just decided to bring them back). The deltas should be wild this week.

Always HD. Always.

Visually, if you are like me, you like HD Professional Stock Videos.

Do you want HD, all the time? Sure, we all do. Well, AlwaysHD represents a revolution in the professional stock footage industry. How? I'll tell you how. They have literally positioned themselves as a meeting place for talented cinematographers on the internet. There are many producers around the world. They are actively seeking professional quality/High Definition footage. Right? Well...holy awesomeness! AlwaysHD markets High Definition footage to production companies, such as advertising agencies, broadcast television studios, documentary producers, independent filmmakers, and cinema studios on behalf of its contributing cinematographers!

But what do they get? Well, the cinematographers who contribute, get revenue whenever their footage sells! Boo-yah! Bingo! And to simplify this awesome process for the buyer, all...and I'm talking all...of the clips are sold “royalty free."

What does "royalty free" mean? Damn. Didn't they teach you anything? The buyers can use them however they want! They don't have to get permission, every again, to use it...for anything!

Professional cinematographers used to only make money while "in the field," but this is changing all of that. AlwaysHD takes this footage and makes it available for sale and delivery via the internet. A new revenue stream for the cinematographer...with almost no extra work. And they set the prices for contributed clips in such a way as to maximize both distribution AND...profitability! And the poster receive 50% of the net revenue generated by the sale of their clips. And yes, it's paid monthly.

So now, cinematographers have a new choice, for supplying content to the internet, and getting paid. It's just another great way you can be a cinematographer, and make some money. Check them out!
