Diamond Engagement Ring

I like diamond engagement ring.

Do you like stories? Well...according to the infamous legend, a curse befell the large, blue diamond when it was plucked (stolen) from an idol in India, and...a curse that foretold bad luck and death not only for the owner of the diamond but for all who touched it.

It doesn't matter if you believe in the curse, the Hope diamond has held people's interest for centuries. Its perfect qualityand large size. Its rare color make it strikingly beautiful and unique. Also, there is a varied history. Very, varied. It includes being owned by King Louis XIV. Then it was stolen during the French Revolution, sold to earn money for gambling, worn to raise money for charity, and then finally donated to the Smithsonian Institution.

It all began with a theft. Several centuries ago, a man named Tavernier made a trip to India. While there, he stole a large blue diamond from the forehead (or eye) of a statue of the Hindu goddess Sita. He was then torn apart by wild dogs on a trip to Russia and right after he had sold the diamond. This was the first, crazy horrible death attributed to the curse. When it actually went on sale in 1949, it was bought by Harry Winston, who was a New York jeweler. He offered the diamond, on numerous occasions, to be worn at balls to raise money for charity. Some believe that Winston donated the Hope diamond to rid himself of the curse. Es posible folks. Winston donated the diamond because he had long believed in creating a national jewel collection. OK. He donated the Hope diamond to the Smithsonian Institution in 1958 to be the focal point of a newly established gem collection as well as to inspire others to donate. You won't find the Hope Diamond at this link, but you will find offers the finest selection of Quality Diamonds & Jewelry...and at low prices! It's in the famous diamond district in NYC. You will never pay retail price again! And check the testimonials yo!

Orlando Luxury, Orlando mayne!

Orlando Luxury Real Estate. It really is awesomrrific!

If you are anything like me and other weird people, you are wondering right now, "What is the history of Orlando besides theme parks?" Well...if you go by number of years, not much. It's not much older than 150 years. But...if you go by substance instead of...years or something, a lot has happened. They raised cattles! It was the primary way to make a living and the town in Central Florida were more like Laredo and Dodge City than a cartoon. They also had Indian wards, cattle rustling, fights with guns, gambling with money and other evening debauchery. Well, in 1880, The South Florida Railroad extended its line down into Orlando from Sanford and the rest of the country. This made things go crazy yo! All of the sudden, the Citrus industry changed. It was country-wide yo! Sick! This changed the city and it's economy drastically. Tourism finally becam a major industry in Central Florida.

The railroad became like blood flowing through the veins and made the city alive! What an ingenious metaphor homies! There is now more tourists per year than the population of California with over 43.3 million a year! Haha. California sucks. There are 100,000 hotel rooms and 7 major theme parks. Orlando is also a great place to raise a family though. Real estate includes upscale gated neighborhoods, golf courses, old people and old-fashioned towns with excellent schools. Downtown Orlando is also very urban. You can enjoy vintage homes in the historic neighborhoods of Thorton Park, Lake Eola Heights, Lake Lawsona, Lake Cherokee, and Lake Copeland. Downtown is trendy with diversity of restaurants, retailers, discos, and bars all within walking distance.

You even have access to the most beautiful Lake Eola man! This place is great! There are festivals, outdoor concerts or even gondola rides there! To get real estate here with a great real estate office that will cover it all, check out Buyers Broker of Florida. They are sick yo! As full time Buyer Agents they understand contracts, house values, options, negotiations, 1031's, creative thinking, and will do their absolute best to negotiate the most favorable terms only for you the buyer! You need somebody who will work for you full-time and who you can trust. Simmons, Jannace & Stagg

simmons jannace & stagg ....quite possibly, awesome. If you don't know much about these guys, I feel bad for ya.

After 9/11, the September 11th Victims Compensation Fund was created for those who lost loved ones in the attack. This reserved Fund is a system with no faults and it was designed to maximize the compensation to the victim's families. There were contingent fees by attorneys that represented the families that were not favored.. Because of this, Simmons, Jannace & Stagg was asked by a widow of a man who died in the attacks to represent her in connection with a lawsuit filed in federal court by the attorney who represented her before the Victims Compensation Fund. This attorney sought $2,000,000 and he filed suit in federal court seeking a declaratory judgment that entitles him to his fee.

S, J & S moved to dismiss the federal action. They also argued that there was no reported case that upheld the jurisdiction under the Fund. Where the issue concerned a private dispute between an attorney and his former client concerning the amount of a legal fee. Simmons, Jannace & Stagg showed that there was no reported case upholdings, like an exorbitant fee for representation before the Victims Compensation Fund. Finally, it was argued that the federal court should not, not, because the state Surrogate’s Court had already begun an inquiry into the size of the attorney’s fee. After hearing argument, they issued an order. Then they agreed that the Victims Compensation Fund didn't provide federal court jurisdiction. What?

The court also agreed with the argument that it should not excercise its jurisdiction. The court kept the attorney’s action. He retained jurisdiction for the purpose of any of the renewed applications after the conclusion of the case.
